NBB Schedule & Format

The NBB season runs from the middle of October until the middle of June. The season is a double-round-robin format, meaning every team plays 1 home game and 1 away game against every other team. As of the 2024-25 season, there are 19 teams in the NBB, meaning the league has a 36-game regular season.

After the season, the top four teams qualify for the quarterfinals while teams 5-12 play in the first round of the playoffs. The opening round is a best-of-3 series, followed by a best-of-5 series for the quarterfinals, semifinals, and final.
