Pirots 3 Features & Bonus Games

In Pirots 3, 4 bird symbols navigate the grid, collecting gems that match their colour. These birds can move horizontally or vertically to adjacent symbols, continuing to collect until no more matching gems are available.

They may move multiple times before the grid refills with new symbols. A locked-up bandit can also be released to move around the grid, collecting gems of any colour and all feature symbols.

Collection Meter

Above the grid, the symbol collection meter tracks the collected symbols, excluding those collected by the bandit. When the meter is full, it triggers a pending feature symbol release. Up to three releases can be stacked and awarded simultaneously.

These releases occur before dynamite explodes, during the first free drop in the bonus game, or when birds can no longer collect symbols. They convert random gems into feature symbols likened to bomb symbols.

Feature Symbols

Feature symbols are bonus symbols and include a bonus scatter symbol, wilds, coins, upgrades, transforms, peanuts, keys, and dynamite. When collected, these symbols trigger specific effects. For instance, upgrade symbols enhance the payout level of gems, while keys trigger the bandit's escape feature.

Transform symbols change a cluster of adjacent gems into the bird's colour, and the peanut symbol allows birds to cross empty spaces. The dynamite symbol explodes to clear the grid and expands it to an 8x7 layout, and the Wild symbol substitute for any gem.

Coins pay their value times the bet, with the Max Win coin reaching the maximum win.

Coin Game

The coin game starts when the grid is cleared. Coin bags and scorpions drop onto the grid, and one of the 4 birds or the bandit special symbol arrives by train. A win counter replaces the symbol collection meter. Birds or bandits use lassos to collect coin bags.

Catching a scorpion removes the bird or bandit from the game. The coin game ends when no birds remain, after which new symbols and birds disappear.

Showdown Feature

Adjacent birds may perform a switcharoo or trigger the Showdown feature when they can't collect more symbols. In a Showdown, birds move away from each other, removing symbols, then shoot in random directions.

The shot symbols are affected in various ways, such as the removal or ignition of dynamite. After the duel, birds are re-dropped, and the grid refills.

Train Heist

The Train Heist is triggered if a bird collects a symbol on marked train backdrops and can collect from the opposite side. The bird boards a train, which travels around the grid, awarding 1 to 3 random feature symbols. The train stops on the opposite side, and the bird resumes collecting.

Bonus Game

The bonus game awards 5 free drops when 3 bonus scatter symbols are collected in a round, with each bonus scatter granting an additional spin in bonus mode. The regular bonus rounds use the current grid size, while the super bonus game starts with an 8x7 matrix.

Progress on the symbol collection meter and gem symbols payout levels persists in bonus mode.
